    Arrow Connectivity issues in part of our Network

    Dear Customers,

    We are experiencing an outage on our transatlantic circuits, which causes connectivity issues to and from US locations. You might experience more latency towards these locations or even packet loss.

    Our provider is currently working on bringing the circuits back online and restoring connectivity.

    We will post an update as soon as we have more information from our carrier.

    Our carrier tried to implement a workaround to alleviate the impact, however full recovery was not possible.
    Traffic is currently re-routed through secondary redundant links but please be advised latency issues might still be present if congestion becomes an issue.
    We will provide an update once more relevant information becomes available.

    The cause of the outage was traced to a fiber cut. Our carrier has confirmed that all works have been completed and the transatlantic circuits in question are now operational. If you are still experiencing issues at this time, please contact Support.
