To accommodate the rapid growth and expansion of our network infrastructure, we will be performing a planned network maintenance on Tuesday, January 21st, 2014 at 5pm central standard time. A portion of this maintenance will involve software upgrades on our edge routing devices, and will require a brief service impacting outage to reload management modules.

As we understand the importance our customers place on the availability of our service, we are taking all steps to minimize the duration of the impact to our customers, and expect the outage to last ~60 seconds.

However, to accommodate for any unforeseen issues we have allotted a 30 minute maintenance window in the event we are forced to roll back changes or troubleshoot issues with the new router code.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to evolve our network infrastructure and build in additional redundancy and resiliency to our service offerings.
