Seems like those emails confuse some of you, but let's see what the following email usually states and one of the most common reasons why you are getting such.
The automatic backup of your WordPress installation did not complete successfully.
The details are as follows :
Installation Path : /home/yourusername/public_html/installation_path
Installation URL : http://yourdomain.tld
Backup Path : NA

The following error occured :
Could not connect to database, please check the Username/Password of your database. If changed, please update the details in Softaculous installations using Edit Details.

If you wish to unsubscribe from such emails, go to your Control Panel -> Softaculous -> Email Settings
Most common reasons for something like that to happen is manually deletion of the auto installation you performed under your account using GoZEN's Softaculous auto installation scripts.

The easy way to get rid of those emails is to just unsubscribe from your cPanel, the best way is to visit Softaculous under your cPanel account and remove the installation (even though it's already physically removed).
That way the cron job will have less to do next time, and those emails will stop going through your email box.
