When managing your website you might want to delete your old stats maybe because you are switching hosts and you just started with GoZEN Host LLC or for any other reason, like because you want to maintain your stats clean once in a while.
Important! You need to clearly understand that there’s no way you can restore your stats after deletion, so please make sure you have everything you need before that.
Stats are stored in text files in regards to the domains or subdomains or add on domains, so in order to delete specific domain stats, you need find the text file for the subdomain and remove it only.
A typical subdomain file name will look like the following: awstats032014.yourdomain.tld.txt
This txt file shows the date March 2014 for the yourdomain.tld. Deleting this file will delete the stats for that specific month and that specific domain or subdomain.
Below are the steps on how to do this.

How to remove all AWStats history
  1. Login into your cPanel.
  2. Go to the File Manager.
  3. Select the Home directory and click Go.
  4. Navigate to the tmp/awstats folder.
  5. Move the files to a backup folder for future reference, or delete them from the directory.
